Objectifs de la formation
Depuis plus de 20 ans, les politiques de la Ville se préoccupent, sous des vocables divers, de cohésion sociale et de cohérence territoriale. Ces politiques, mises en œuvre de façon partenariale et transversale par le secteur public et privé, notamment associatif, nécessitent de nouvelles compétences professionnelles. C’est l’objectif de cette formation que d’offrir un cursus de formation alliant un bon niveau scientifique (connaissance des publics, des territoires et des politiques) mais également technique et technologique (savoirs et savoir-faire professionnels).
Débouchés professionnels
Cette double exigence vise à délivrer un diplôme permettant une insertion professionnelle immédiate ou la réorientation de parcours professionnels vers les nouveaux métiers de l’animation et de la ville.
La certification sur un diplôme de niveau 2 permet le recrutement sur des responsabilités d’encadrement, avec possibilité de délégation de signature, centrées notamment sur le développement stratégique de la structure, la conception de politiques et de programmes, le management d’équipes et la gestion des différents partenariats.
· Directeur (directeur fonctionnel, adjoint, chargé de développement, responsable de service…) dans une association (centre social, MJC, service jeunesse de la Sauvegarde…)
· Responsable de secteur (Maison de quartier, espace jeunes, BIJ…) ou de service dans une collectivité locale
· Cadre fédéral (délégué départemental, régional, chargé de mission…)
· Agent de développement social (chargé de mission ville ou quartier, responsable d’un conseil communal de prévention de la délinquance…)
· Responsable Action Educative en Milieu Ouvert
· Responsable de l’animation dans un établissement du secteur sanitaire et social
· Conseiller professionnel ou chargé de mission dans une mission locale
· Formateur dans une fédération ou un organisme de formation
